one thing i do like better in simon vs the homosapiens agenda as opposed to love, simon is how the blue reveal happens.

simon emails blue instead of posting a public statement on tumblr to meet him at the fair and when bram shows up and sits next to him, it’s a completely private moment. they don’t even kiss until later because simon doesn’t want to out him in public (which is the respectful and smart thing to do). plus bram admits he had a crush on simon the whole time which makes rereading the book that much better. also the tilt-a-whirl makes bram nauseated and he tells simon he “must really like him” since he got on it

i’ll admit though, you can’t go wrong with a long kiss set to building music at the top of a ferris wheel and screaming crowds below, that was pretty damn magical
